A blog *instead of* a newsletter. Lots of people won't like it
(according to a thread I started over on techwr-l some time back), but
too bad.

All suggestions for "new features" have to come with either additional
resources or process improvements that would allow it to be done with
the current resources (i.e. more output from current effort level) --
not to mention a rationale that ties it to the current
mission/goals/objectives. Otherwise, we end up with a mess.
