Agreed. I wasn't happy with what STC was doing, so 18 months ago, I joined. You can't open your mouth about a problem if you aren't willing to be part of the solution. Two months ago, I wasn't happy with the programs that my local chapter was presenting, so I took over programs. My official position was that I was going to have programs that I wanted until someone else came up with their suggestions...we're now booked through May with what I want to listen to and I'm finding that others want to listen to the same things.
