Just like all people are different, and we all have
different levels of intelligence, employers are
different and have different levels of intelligence.

Some employers do not believe in employee retention.
Others are too stupid. Most are somewhere in the
middle, balancing factors. If you feel
underappreciated, there's nothing wrong with moving
on.

I don't know if I expect employers to pay for
education. I really lack the experience to make a
decision there. But if you see see other comparable
jobs that do, and yours doesn't, fight for your right
-- if not to party, at least to get some additional
credentials.
