That's harmful in and of itself, particularly with small chapters like CT. So what happens when dues are paid, and then someone realizes they've been misassigned? Do dues get transfered to the new chapter, or is it a "my bad" approach where the money stays with the wrong chapter and an apology is issued to the correct chapter? > No one getting murdered here, losing a job, going hungry, etc. No, you're right there.
