I was wondering if someone might help with recommending a reading. I'm teaching a soc of childhood course for the first time so I haven't mastered all the lit myself yet. I'm looking for a good, accessible reading (research article, book chapter, or something good from more mainstream media) on the connection between corporations and children/childhood. I have looked at the edited collection, "Kinderculture," but most of those strike me as more about media and children. I'm aiming more for something on marketing, getting kids to buy and such. Any ideas? As always, thanks for the help in advance.
