   It's a bit dated now (1985, Nelson Hall Publishers) but James A.
Davis has a chapter in Teaching Sociology: A Quest for Excellence
entitled " Five Well-Established Research Results That I Think Are
Probably True, Teachable in Introductory Sociology and Worth Teaching"
that is still worth reading.
   We  need more, newer publications about this, don't we?
