I was in both a Home Depot and a Lowe's yesterday. Noticed Home Depot seemed to be emphasizing new LED bulbs with end cap displays in several places out side of the bulb department. Lowe's had three or four *pallets* of incandescent bulbs in the main isle just past the entrance.
