The PaC client runs fine on Windows 7 if you turn off UAC. The version web is
still lacking some key features, most notably IL State Reporting and Food
Service (Fee Management is also not yet fully ported). This is a sticky issue
right now for a lot of folks.
We are strongly encouraging all our users to use the web version but we can't
get rid of pack because there is so much that is not moved over.

It seems like the Skyward PAC Client (not positive this is the right name)
doesn't seem to want to run on Windows 7. I thought that my users could do
everything from a web browser, is this correct? I looked on Skywards website
but the answer did not jump out for me.
