What Tom does is probably the best idea if you can swing it.  Get some
student help for a week or a few more depending on your size to just go
around and take care of it.  Perhaps even figure a way to split the time
between custodial/technology if you are small enough as I am sure both could
need the extra hands.  Most students are knowledgeable enough to figure out
how to properly plug in a computer at least and hopefully can follow
directions.

Best thing is really just ot communicate with them as they are tearing
things out and kinda putting them back in and just have them follow behind
making sure everything works.  Seems to be a common theme that they either
won't reconnect them or if they do it ends up not being anything close to
correct.
