Greetings!

About 12 months ago, we began having issues when connecting USB devices to our
laptops and desktop PC's. It didn't matter if the device was a USB Mouse, USB
Keyboard, Flash Drive, etc, and the hardware mfg did not make a difference
either (we have Dells, HP's, homegrown units, etc). The connected devices were
not recognized immediately, and the resolution was to open the Device Manager,
right click on the problem device, and update the driver. Unfortunately, this
would happen every time the machine was restarted or a different user logged
in. With over 4300 students in our district, you can imagine the man hours
spent supporting this effort. We have researched this problem on the Internet
and still have not resolved this issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem? We would really appreciate your input.

Best Regards,
