What about reCAPTCHA? It might not turn out to be as pretty but I have always been able to throw a few lines of code in to use reCAPTCHA when there is not a built-in option (freely) available.
I have ask again if you need new users to be requesting accounts. I also admit that I do not know if CB has the option to disable new account requests. --Michael T.
