One I have used before for captcha, no modifications required, it is about
$15 though.  There are a few reCaptcha scripts out there though.  It is a
glaring hole though and I am not sure why they don't have something out of
the box for it.  The link I have is just for user registraiton though,
doesn't work with anything else.
