I may not count but I do teach. I have students using Virtual Box (last year
VMWare) and installing multiple operating systems. Later in the year they
will be networking those machines together, sharing folders, printers, using
Remote Desktop, VNC, among themselves and with their classmates. Don't know
about them but I have fun.

Setup and accounts are free.  You can purchase more tools from them, but the
free version is pretty cool.  Just stress to the students that you don't
want them to use their text messaging on their phones unless they have an
account with unlimited text messages.
