The company I used to work for out of davenport consultants ranged from $110 to >$200, depending on the experience you were looking for. All consultants from bottom to top were pretty well versed in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory. I do suggest going with a larger consulting firm as they tend to work with larger companies and are able to handle more complex networks. You may get cheaper rates with small shops, but larger firms are able to reach out to resources within their company who most likely have seen just about any issue that might come up.
