I got everything running. The address book issue was the easiest, we, I never selected the PIM SYNC, with my lack of experience with the BB server I'm sure I'm missing more. The Push to talk feature and getting to the VZW mobile net work on a couple phones was even more of a boondoggle. The browser was set to Firefox by the phone user ant had to be reset to the blackberry browser and cleared the cache and that fixed everything. altogether too much time for something so simple, thank for all your help.
