She says: In the lab 1. multiple times a day on multiple computers the mouse or keyboard will suddenly stop working. I have the students then hard boot or move to another computer, but then they are unable to login and use apex because mozilla tells them that "firefox is already running". This happens to at least 2 students a class period and it causes the students to not be able to work. Any ideas? I have zero at this point. Oh, I understand the FF already running part. I mean the why the keyboards and mice suddenly freeze up. Richard G. Haffer ROE46
