Is this a typo? "Login time for the older computers is 20 - 40 minutes"

If so then, wow wow

Subject: [tech-geeks] Job Opening - Dir of Tech

Peoria Public Schools 150 is look for a Director of Technology ($80 - $90K).
The past few months I have been filling in during the vacancy. Some facts about
the district:

13,000 students
3,000 employees
38 buildings

Novell Network
1 GB fiber to all buildings and ICN
All servers are at least 5 years old
Over 70% of the computers are over 5 years old Login time for the older
computers is 20 - 40 minutes Most of the phone systems are in need of
replacement (no VoIP at all)

Average 250 trouble tickets a week
Only 6 techs on staff, all are union
Union District means no Hands on for the Director

The Tech Plan Expires this year
Past budget has only been $300k for the district (that is not a typo)

This is a big job for someone to tackle with almost zero budget money.
