Matthew: As you many of you (or not) know I work with a variety of different Human Rights organizations, many of which could really benefit from using tools based on Freenet. My interest has been to help facilitate that connection - both introducing Freenet to organizations, and given direction to the developers on features & functionality that could be of use. I know several groups that work in the languages you mention. I could help pass the news on to them that you are looking for translators. In addition to the languages you mention - i'd add Russian too. Many of the former soviet states have very sophisticated internet controls & surveillance in place. Freenet could be very useful for them, but would need to be translated as well. I can also facilitate contacts with those groups for you In summary, yes - localization is important and a key thing to get done for Freenet.
