IIR, 3ware was recently aquired by LSI so you may need to do some
extra research to find a compatible card. (I wouldn't know which; I
use Citrix Xen, which supports both.)

I have, in the past, returned an incompatible RAID card to
SiliconMechanics in exchange for another one.
