I don't care for iLO2, but have been very impressed with iLO3. It works as 
well on any browser, no flakiness with the virtual cdrom and usb drives

The two improvements I'd like to see there are:
-charge 50$ more for your server, don't make me request and enter a license 
for the iLO

-make a text-only mode in the iLO with a better/faster ssh interface
