I use and like Penguin Computing machines. The plus for me is that 
they are well tested with mainline Linux distributions. By default 
they ship with CentOS.

One thing that I don't like about Penguin is that its web site will no 
longer provide live pricing information. You have to configure a 
machine and wait for a sales rep to send a quote via e-mail. My rep. 
is pretty speedy, but it's still an inefficiency.

Penguin's 2U+ cases mostly contain IPMI consoles with dedicated 
ethernet interfaces, but the 1U boxes don't.
