I need some help on setting up a suitable NMS software which can generate
following reports-

IT HelpDesk- Logging user calls and giving them a trouble ticket number

assigning severity level to each call as per the severity levels defined

Monthly Call Report

Call Escalation report

Monthy Reports-

MIS

Call Analysis/Call Trend Report

Server Availability & Utilization Report

Server Uptime Report including planned downtime & actual downtime

LAN & WAN availability & Utilization report, Network security,virus
activity,threats and intrusion detection/prevention report

Assessment of Internet Leased Line Links

Asset database report
