...but ideally, management should get the sysadmins involved before they
commit to that decision.
(But sometimes they don't -- and in that case, "fight to change it, or
leave" is all well and good, but sometimes "grin and bear it" is better.
But sometimes it's not; "when is this annoying thing so annoying that I
need to stop putting up with it, and fight it or leave" is a popular topic. :^)
