For the 7x00 series, it's all webUI.  You can see parts of that on their 
website.  You can also download a VMware image that you can run on your own 
machine as a "storage simulator", so that you can see for yourself what it 
looks like.

How would you feel about doing all your system admin work exclusively 
through webmin?  I get the feeling it's not significantly different from that.
