Yep, I had a licence for the Vipre Enterprise version, I had been warned against buying that actually by someone else. I could never get it to work either so I contacted Vipre Customer Support, told them of my error of purchasing the wrong version and they had no hesitation in refunding me the purchase cost and sending me a direct URL for the purchase of Vipre Anti Virus Premium and that's what I did <smile>.
You're absolutely right about cookies and their danger is very much under stated and under estimated when it comes to compremising security, its suggested a lot nowadays that one should actually set one's browser to "Clear" one's browsing history, cache etc when the browser is closed, yep that's how seriously the issue of Cookies is taken.
