Hi Chris

This is happening to me every time I try to install the darn thing.  They claim 
it's a talking installer.  They have to be joking.  When you run it, the 
installer doesn't talk.  You in fact don't get talking Jaws until well after 
the first restart.  If you have no other assistive technology tool, you're 
lost!  But as I've said, on our NoteBook this issue is produceable 100% of the 
time.  So I wonder, what version did you install, Chris, 32 or 64-bit?  it 
could have a baring.   Our machine is running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.  All 
updates apart from the utterly pointless language packs installed.
