Usually one installs the driver after plugging in the device by locating it in the device manager and right click and hit enter on install or update driver. However, when I read the instructions for installing the usb driver for the new generation Brailliant BI 40 they stated that the drivers should be installed before you plugged the display to the computer. If the previous generation also use the same approach just download the Driver Tool which is an exe file and run it. A window will appear were one can choose to install usb driver and the tool will copy the files to the correct locations. When done I connected the Brailliant and it showed up in device manager.
