If you are using IE or Firefox with JAWS, don't forget about the notification bar, which can be accessed with alt-n. You can then save the file in the download folder alloted to you in IE or browse to where you want the driver saved.

the tool will copy the files to the correct locations.
When done I connected the Brailliant and it showed up in device manager.
