I had a look at Humanware's website and found that the new gen Brailliant uses it's own set of drivers and tools. But I found updated installation instructions for the 1st gen Brailliant as well. Direct link to the latest drivers and software at the bottom. Updated june 2011:

However, when I read the instructions for installing the usb driver for the new generation Brailliant BI 40 they stated that the drivers should be installed before you plugged the display to the computer. If the previous generation also use the same approach just download the Driver Tool which is an exe file and run it. A window will appear were one can choose to install usb driver and the tool will copy the files to the correct locations.
