Before she left for the camping expedition which she's now on which, I might add, has been extended and will now end a week on Monday, Lynne gave me a brand new copy of Office Professional 2010 licensed for 2 PC's. I haven't yet had time to install that but hope to do so today. Press insert f2 and s to go to settings center. In the search field you can type keyboard. Perhaps one of the settings got changed there. Thank you for that. I'll give it a go when I get back to Jaws shortly.
