There are two ways of rolling the system back.  The first, from within Windows, 
is perfectly accessible.  The second, from within the boot-time "RollBack" 
menu, (accessible by holding down the "Home' key when your system starts to 
boot, is obviously not accessible since you cannot load any screen-reader at 
that point.
