That is totally correct. It is important to understand the differences between a Backup tool in the traditional sense, and a shadow backup tool, which RollBack is. Rollback RX gives you as little or as much control over your system, as little or as much backup flexibility as you dictate. I still maintain it's worth every bit of the price it costs for a license.

It takes a snapshot of your current setup (bit-level) which you can use to restore your system back to it's state prior to a malware, virus infection etc. Or a installation of some software messing up your system you can then rollback to the latest snapshot and all traces of that software and/or malware etc will be gone. Quite elegant and sweet and I guess I will spend the $69 (US) for a single user license. I use other tools for traditional backup of important data. ======================================= The Techno-Chat E-Mail forum is guaranteed malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and worm-free To modify your subscription options, please visit for forum's dedicated web pages located at http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/techno-chat You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Techno-Chat group at either of the following websites: http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/techno-chat/index.html Or: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]> you may also subscribe to this list via RSS.
