Hi Mary OK, I installed Office 2010 after installing and activating Duxbury. Is this going to have an impact on anything? I really am rusty at this kind of thing, but need to get sharpened up quickly. I know you said its alright to contact you privately Mary, so I will do that. That way I don't have to bore the hell out of other list members with question of interest only to transcribers.
