Hi Mary Yes, and yes. I installed Office 2010 Professional and activated it. Then, I installed Duxbury DBT and made sure that all of the Word templates were instilled. However, I am seeing nothing about DBT in the menus of Word. But EI'm having some trouble with the ribbon menu systems, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Furthermore, although I have set Jaws key echo to words only, I'm still getting things like 'Alt+Tab", "Windows+M" etc. verbalised and it's driving me insane!
