Norton may have had some good releases, but the newest version would
have to be awfully bad to get that many negative reviews. One of the
points I was making is that you can get good antivirus for free.

There are too many people (on these lists and on forums) saying that
AVG works really well to say that it's just because it's free. It's
one of the best antivirus out there. I only mentioned Avast because
of the extremely high ratings. If it's crap, people tend to say so.

Go to download.com and look up some programs. The user ratings are
listed on the results pages. Kinda like ebay, very easy to navigate.
