A couple of possibilities: The d52w19 came in two flavors, the International Television Chassis 222 and the Advanced Television Chassis 221. So the customer is probably correcet, ITC222.
Now, neither of these have a light box, (Smile) however the "top" is removable. Be sure that you have a screwdriver. Did I say screwdriver? I meant Torx T10 and T15. I would not be surprised if there is no green. The CRTs have been on back order for a little while, however Tritronics shows them to be in stock right now. The CRT driver IC could be bad.
