You'll need a T20 Torx bit, also..I'm not sure which screws are T15... Joe, You can start by reflowing the solder on the small signal board and see if that helps. If the green CRT is bad, I may have one..if Thomson doesn't get with me soon on what to do with this non-repairable set I have here. This could be something as simple as the customer screwed up it's settings or a cable came loose...I had one with the remote cable disconnected.

A couple of possibilities: The d52w19 came in two flavors, the International Television Chassis 222 and the Advanced Television Chassis 221. So the customer is probably correcet, ITC222. Now, neither of these have a light box, (Smile) however the "top" is removable. Be sure that you have a screwdriver. Did I say screwdriver? I meant Torx T10 and T15. I would not be surprised if there is no green. The CRTs have been on back order for a little while, however Tritronics shows them to be in stock right now. The CRT driver IC could be bad.
