i have been very disappointed in chipper check, dough it has ever really helped me fix one, but it has waisted many of my hours trying to use it.

So the customer is probably correcet, ITC222.
Now, neither of these have a light box, (Smile) however the "top" is removable. Be sure that you have a screwdriver. Did I say screwdriver? I meant Torx T10 and T15.
I would not be surprised if there is no green. The CRTs have been on back order for a little while, however Tritronics shows them to be in stock right now. The CRT driver IC could be bad.

Cust swears chassis # to be (ITC222...i'm guessing CTC222...???). They bought 11/2003 (Wal-Mart).
Complaint: Colors not right, no purple or green, sounds like screening problem...
