i am installing a new signal board, because of intermittent pix.
Question, can i save the convergence setup from the old board, or do i need to do complete convergence.

So the customer is probably correcet, ITC222.
Now, neither of these have a light box, (Smile) however the "top" is removable. Be sure that you have a screwdriver. Did I say screwdriver? I meant Torx T10 and T15.
I would not be surprised if there is no green. The CRTs have been on back order for a little while, however Tritronics shows them to be in stock right now. The CRT driver IC could be bad.

Cust swears chassis # to be (ITC222...i'm guessing CTC222...???). They bought 11/2003 (Wal-Mart).
Complaint: Colors not right, no purple or green, sounds like screening problem...
