On a 7000 from the main page click Mobile Network->Technology->LTE->Cell
Lock
Once there you will need to know your sectors Earfcn which is LTE lingo for
channel. Google it to find a chart to show you what your frequency will be.
Click add+ then enter the Earfcn and PCI and apply.

For the 8000 from the main page click eNB settings you should see the
available sectors under Sorted eNB List. Make sure Prefered eNB list is
checked. Then add the sector you want to the preferred list and click apply.
You can also lock this to frequency by checking the Lock ND&S to the
preferred list checkbox, but I don't do this because It will attach to the
preferred eNB first from what I have seen.
