A recurring annoyance I had with Wimax was CPE wandering to another 
BSID.  The preferred BSID would apply when they scanned for a BS, but if 
for some reason they went to some other BSID they would be stuck on the 
wrong BS until a rescan was forced (probably by rebooting).

Does LTE do this too?
