I was mostly looking through the category Topic -> Internet ->
WWW/HTTP -> Site Management. Filtering on Perl gives me just 101
projects to evaluate. :-)

And I did a search in google for Template Toolkit. Found this
flattering (for TT) statement from eXtropia:

        http://www.extropia.com/press/webware_2_1_release.html

WebWare 2.1 represents a significant enhancement to an already
flexible and powerful set of web applications. Using Andy
        Wardley's Template Toolkit (www.template-toolkit.org),
eXtropia's programs now offer users more options and more
control over the look and feel of their web
        applications.

What I was looking for is probably better described as "online website
creation tool". More on that in the next post.
