The "raised hyphens" of the octave passage in my test file look correct
in the .DVI with yap, but when I run dvipdfmx, the "hyphens" are spaced with
too wide a gap. I work with the MiKTeX distribution.
The .PDF is correct if I make dvips and ps2pdf.
