Thanks for the report. I'll pass it on to the texlive list.
Although xdvi is likely the only dvi viewer that shows
Postscript slurs, I suspect it's not much used anymore.

Robin:

Of course, but Karl Berry refused to allow this on the
grounds that we would be "usurping" the filenames curly.tex
and tuplet.tex. On short notice, I couldn't contact the
authors to get permission to rename the files. In the next
distribution, the macros will disappear into musixtex.tex
and the problem will go away.

Please check out the revised manuals now at WIMA. The
"internal links" work for me.  I don't believe I made
any changes to the existing hyperref options.
