Don: The tex source alone won't be usable because it needs
the revised version of musixtex.tex and revised or new
extension libraries.
But I would try the following:
\usepackage[dvips,colorlinks=true,pdfpagemode=UseNone]{hyperref}
instead of the current mess (and delete \usepackage{url}).
