The problem seems to be in generating the dvi file. The log file for etex says: Overfull \vbox (11.43182pt too high) has occurred while \output is active [2] Memory usage before: 12976&47465; after: 631&42726; still untouched: 4937458 bar 3 bar 4 Overfull \vbox (18.8003pt too high) has occurred while \output is active [3] Memory usage before: 11176&46972; after: 631&42726; still untouched: 4937458 bar 5 bar 6 bar 7 Overfull \vbox (18.8003pt too high) has occurred while \output is active [4] Memory usage before: 15573&48786; after: 631&42731; still untouched: 4933028 ) It doesn't go farther than page [4].
