John, I contacted Missy (through Facebook) and collectivly apologized for the rude behavior.. I got her the contact information for Charles Goldsmith, so she can be properly removed... I don't think some even consider what they do. Or maybe don't care... Seems like your reply shut it all down... good I hope...
