Sounds pretty good! I may even have some rum stashed in my cupboard from some work event, though it might not be coconut rum.
Could that be coconut-ified by adding coconut to it, or soaking coconut in it? Do you have approximate cost/pp, or cost for say 10ppl? Boil grog 5 minutes or until it starts to get slightly syrupy. Pour grog over fruit. Refrigerate.
