I imagine boiling the grog will disperse the alcohol, or they can have another salad if they feel that hasn't happened.

Pineapple chunks Shredded coconut Hatch chili (diced) Oranges (segmented) Black beans (from a can, rinsed) Jicama Coconut grog (3 parts water, 1 part coconut rum, white sugar, lime juice) Put all ingredients except grog into a bowl. Boil grog 5 minutes or until it starts to get slightly syrupy. Pour grog over fruit. Refrigerate.
