I checked out SVN trunk version, it's excellent work! I use a fresh .TeXmacs, and everything is fine, I can export Chinese to LaTeX without error and compile it without error!
Recently there must be thousands of Chinese aware of TeXmacs, and hundreds of them have tried using TeXmacs, because a famous blog recommended it. It's important to export Chinese as LaTeX because currently LaTeX does a better job transforming documents into pdf.( CJK typesetting has a lot differences with western, and a lot complicated latex packages trying to solve it.) So, again, this helps us a lot.
